It was an absolute honour to help Francis and Katrina plan their dream wedding from start to finish. Their day was a perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern romance, with every detail coming together beautifully. From the church ceremony to the reception at the iconic Human Rights Museum, it was a celebration that left everyone in awe.
The ceremony took place in a church, where the altar was framed by a stunning grounded floral arch. This arch exuded timeless elegance, featuring a soft, romantic color palette of creamy white and blush roses. Accents of delicate lisianthus, ranunculus, and scabiosa blooms added a touch of luxury, while lush greenery, including seeded eucalyptus and silver dollar eucalyptus, created a fresh and organic feel. The grounded arch was the perfect mix of modern and classic, setting the tone for an unforgettable ceremony.
As guests entered the reception, they were greeted by a stunning duo of a large statement seating chart and a coordinating welcome sign. Both pieces were beautifully accented with a lush floral arrangement at the base, creating an elegant and cohesive focal point that set the tone for the evening’s festivities.
The reception was held at the stunning Human Rights Museum, where every detail of the decor contributed to an unforgettable atmosphere. The tablescape was an absolute showstopper, featuring minimalist floral arrangements with blush and ivory roses, carnations, and fresh greenery. The chic frog dishes, paired with glowing taper candles in pastel hues of blush and ivory, created a romantic ambiance that enhanced the elegance of the space. Neutral linens with a soft blush chiffon runner tied the look together, making for a Pinterest-worthy table.
The sweetheart table was truly a statement of elegance and romance. Draped with a soft, neutral linen, it featured an array of candles in varying heights, casting a warm and intimate glow. At the forefront, a lush, garden-style floral arrangement with blush and ivory roses and delicate blooms cascaded beautifully, drawing the eye. The backdrop was equally stunning, with a contemporary panel design. Floral installations on either side added a whimsical touch, creating the perfect setting for Francis and Katrina. Cane-backed chairs completed the look, framing the couple's place settings for a truly sophisticated setup.
As the evening continued, Katrina made a stunning change into a fun mini fringe dress for the reception. It was the perfect outfit for dancing the night away, adding an element of playful glamour to the celebration. Her new look had everyone in awe, and the dance floor was filled with energy and excitement as the couple and their guests celebrated.
To end the night on an unforgettable note, Francis, Katrina and their guests were treated to a breathtaking firework display. The night sky lit up in a burst of colour, creating a magical moment for the couple and their loved ones to cherish forever.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible vendors who helped bring Francis and Katrina's vision to life. Thank you to everyone who made their day absolutely amazing!
