Vibrant and Elegant Lunch Wedding at Lily Stone Gardens

We were absolutely thrilled to work with Joanne and Peter as full planning clients for their stunning wedding at Lily Stone Gardens! Their day was filled with vibrant colours, elegant details, and a joyful energy that radiated throughout the celebration.


The ceremony took place amidst the trees at Lily Stone Gardens, with a triple peak copper arch adorned in lush, colourful floral arrangements that made the setting feel even more magical. Vibrant flowers lined the aisle, and after the ceremony, we repurposed those gorgeous florals to elevate the reception space.


Joanne and Peter's reception was a floral masterpiece. The harvest tables were adorned with breathtaking centerpieces that featured colourful flowers, perfectly complemented by an array of taper candles in coordinating hues. Their place settings were chic and timeless, featuring gold-rimmed charger plates, navy napkins, and a simple yet elegant menu that tied everything together beautifully.


One of the most unique aspects of their day was the lunch wedding timeline, which added a fresh and exciting twist to the celebration. The ceremony began at 12:00 p.m., followed by a lively mocktail hour at 12:45 p.m. Guests sipped on two delicious signature drinks — a refreshing sangria and a bold chili lime pineapple mocktail — while enjoying fruit skewers as appetizers. At 2:30 p.m., the meal began, and it was a true culinary delight.


The lunch wedding wrapped up at 6:00 p.m., allowing guests to enjoy a full day of celebration while still leaving the evening free. We loved the fresh and unique timeline, which gave the wedding a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe.
