A Dreamy Cocktail Wedding at Hawthorn Estates

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Stephanie and Justin from the very beginning to plan their elegant cocktail reception at the stunning Hawthorn Estates. Their vision for a beautiful and memorable day came to life in every detail.


Stephanie and Justin exchanged vows on the picturesque Marriage Hill, framed by a wooden arch adorned with beautiful floral arrangements and two complementing pieces at its base. The aisle was lined with stunning floral arrangements, adding a romantic touch to the moment. These florals were later repurposed to decorate the reception tables, adding continuity and charm throughout the day.


Following the ceremony, guests were greeted with a self-serve champagne shelf, setting a celebratory tone for the evening. The atmosphere was lively, with live music playing, lawn games scattered around for some friendly competition, a cigar bar for those who wanted to indulge, and a fun photo booth to capture memories.


In the solarium, we created two cozy lounge areas and set up tables decorated with floral arrangements and bud vases. Inside, there were two additional lounge areas, a live band, a grand king table for the bridal party, and tables for family members – the perfect setting for an intimate cocktail-style wedding.


Guests enjoyed a delightful selection of cocktails and danced the night away. An oyster bar, gnocchi station, and donuts ensured everyone was well-fed and happy throughout the evening.


A huge thank you to all the vendors who were part of making Stephanie and Justin's wedding day so special! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration.
