Who are you, what you do and who you serve?

Hello! We are Lightstruck Photo Project. We are Bryan and Angie— a husband-and-wife team. Together with our team of 9, we provide photography and videography services for couples and events, capturing memories that last a lifetime.

What services do you offer? 

We offer a range of services, including photography, videography, a fun photobooth experience, and an audio guest book to capture heartfelt messages from your guests.

How did you get started in the wedding industry, and what inspired you to become a wedding videographer/photographer?

We began our journey in the wedding industry by capturing special moments for friends and family, and from there, our work naturally expanded beyond our circle. What inspires us most about wedding photography and videography is the joy of being in a wedding atmosphere. As a husband-and-wife team, it fuels our passion and love for creating beautiful memories that couples can cherish for a lifetime.

What do you enjoy most about working in the wedding industry and serving couples on their special day?

What we enjoy most about wedding days is capturing the special moments and the excitement of seeing the day unfold. We love being part of the couple’s joy, interacting with them and the wedding party, sharing laughs, and building genuine connections. It's always a thrill to be there for such a meaningful day.

What do you believe is the most important consideration when couples are choosing a videographer/photographer?

We believe the most important consideration when choosing a photographer or videographer is finding someone who shares your vision and style for capturing the day. It's equally important to build trust and a genuine connection with the couple, as this helps us create the best possible outcome from their wedding day.

What is the ideal timeline for couples to book your services in advance of their wedding day?

Ideally, couples should book 1 year in advance of their wedding date, or sooner if possible, as we have a very limited number of slots for each wedding season.

What is the best piece of advice you would offer to couples planning their wedding?

Hire photography and videography under one company, as there are many advantages to having both done together. If you're contemplating not having videography on your wedding day, remember there's a reason why it’s the #1 regret of most brides. Photos can document the day, but video captures the emotions.

Can you share your favorite wedding trend or design idea that you're currently excited about?

One of our recent favorite trends is the 'game day entrance' for the groom and groomsmen. It’s inspired by how athletes arrive at games—walking in with their casual, everyday outfits before getting ready for the big event.

How do you stand out?

Lightstruck Photo Project stands out because we are one of the few companies that offer a unique photo and video combo, along with a photobooth. Couples often have many vendors for different tasks and services, so why not simplify the process with our combo package? Plus, our final results will be more cohesive because we work seamlessly together, and our workflow accommodates all our services.

Anything else you would like to mention?

Our services are payable after the wedding, so you don't need to worry about paying us in full beforehand. We understand that there are many expenses leading up to the big day and that fitting everything into your budget can be challenging. That's why we want to help by giving you the time you need to pay us when your funds become available.
