In this Vendor Spotlight, we're excited to introduce Let's Celebrate Rentals, a family-owned wedding and event rental company serving couples across Manitoba and Northern Ontario. From timeless essentials to unique statement pieces, they're passionate about creating beautiful, stress-free celebrations with personalized service every step of the way.



Who are you, what you do and who you serve?

We are a family-owned business located in Steinbach, Manitoba that offers standard and unique items to rent for weddings, galas, gathering or any other celebration!  Our constantly growing rental inventory can help you achieve the event you imagine.  We work with customers across Manitoba and Northern Ontario, offering complete delivery and set-up services.  All rentals at Let's Celebrate are 'a la carte', so you only pay for the items you will actually use.  We pride ourselves on offering fair pricing and no rental minimums.  

 

How did you get started in the wedding industry, and what inspired you to become a rental company?

We actually originally began as an equipment rental company, The Rental House, owned and managed by my husband.  When I learned that Let's Celebrate Rentals was for sale, I immediately saw an exciting opportunity.  It felt like the perfect fit, still within the rental industry we knew so well, but focused on events and celebrations, something I could manage alongside my twin sister and really enjoy.  This new venture allowed us to apply our rental experience in a more creative and people-centered way.

 


What do you enjoy most about working in the wedding industry and serving couples on their special day?

We love being part of such a meaningful and joyful moment in a couple's life.  Every wedding is unique, and it's incredibly rewarding to help bring a couple's vision to life, seeing months of planning come together into an unforgettable day.  We love working closely with couples, easing their stress and knowing that our rentals play a small but important role in creating memories that'll be cherished forever.  Being trusted with something so personal and special is truly and honor.

 

What do you believe is the most important consideration when couples are choosing rentals for their wedding?

It's important to select pieces that genuinely reflect the couple's style while supporting the comfort, flow and budget of their day!  Rentals should enhance the overall vision without overwhelming it, everything from tables and seating to decor should feel intentional and cohesive.  Practical details matter just as much as aesthetics, like guest comfort, layout and functionality.  When these elements come together within the couple's budget, they can relax and fully enjoy their celebration, confident that their space is both beautiful and thoughtfully designed.

 


What is the ideal timeline for couples to book your services in advance of their wedding day?

Ideally, couples should book their rentals as early as possible, typically 6+ months before their wedding date, especially for peak wedding seasons.  Booking early ensures the best selection and allows plenty of time to plan layouts, make adjustments, and coordinate details as the vision comes together.  That said, we always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. The earlier couples reach out, the smoother and more stress-free he process tends to be.

 

What is the best piece of advice you would offer to couples planning their wedding?

The best advice I can offer is to focus on what truly matters to you as a couple.  It's easy to get caught up in trends, expectations and outside opinions, but your wedding should reflect your story and what you value most.  Prioritize the elements that are meaningful to you, give yourselves grace during the planning process, and remember that at the end of the day, it's about celebrating your love with the people who matter most.



Can you share your favorite wedding trend or design idea that you're currently excited about?

Some wedding trends that we are loving right now:

  • Texture!  Layering difference fabrics, greenery, and decor elements to create depth and visual interest

  • Brown tones!  Using warm, rich, earthy colors for a natural, organic and elegant vibe

  • Colorful details!  Incorporating bold pops of color to make each celebration feel vibrant and fun.

  • Breaking the 'rules'!  Moving away from traditional expectations and designing weddings that truly reflect the couple's style and personality.

     

How do you stand out?

We have a personalized approach, hands-on experience, and fair pricing.  Unlike larger rental companies, we take the time to get to know our customer, understand their vision, and guide them through the details - big or small.  With years of experience in the rental industry, we know how to

balance practicality with beauty, ensuring each design is unique, functional, and aligned with the couple's budget.  We also pride ourselves on flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and fair pricing making sure every wedding feels seamless, stress-free and truly memorable.  Essentially, we don't just provide rentals, we help bring a couple's dream day to life.
