Who are you, what do you do, and who do you serve?

We are Eph Apparel, Canada’s leader in custom-made suits and menswear. We specialize in creating perfectly tailored, accessibly priced suits for weddings, formal events, and everyday wear. Every couple is matched with a dedicated Wedding Concierge to guide them through our seamless custom process, ensuring their vision becomes reality. With showrooms in Winnipeg and Calgary, Style Reps across Canada, and Virtual Fit options, we proudly serve clients wherever they are. Our mission is to help individuals look and feel confident in clothing that is as unique as they are.

What do you believe is the most important consideration when customers are choosing a suit?

Fit is everything. A suit that fits perfectly makes you feel confident, stylish, and comfortable. At Eph Apparel, we believe fit isn’t just a look—it’s a feeling and we will help you achieve it. That’s why we take 18 precise measurements to ensure each suit is tailored to you. With thousands of fabrics and endless customization options, we go beyond fit to create a suit that’s uniquely yours.

What is the ideal timeline for couples to secure their suit? 

We recommend starting your suiting journey at least 5 to 6 months before the wedding. This allows ample time for fabric selection, consultations, fittings, and any necessary alterations. Remember, we require a minimum of 3 months for all wedding orders to ensure everything is perfect for your big day.

What can customers expect during their shopping experience?

When you walk through our doors for your wedding appointment, you will meet with a dedicated style expert who will guide you through every step. From discussing your wedding theme and selecting colours to exploring fabrics, lapels, and custom details like monograms and linings, we ensure your suit reflects your personal style. With options like private group fittings and virtual appointments, we make the process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

What do you enjoy most about working in the fashion industry and serving your clients?

The most rewarding part is helping clients feel their absolute best. There is nothing quite like seeing a groom light up when he tries on his suit for the first time or hearing a client say their custom look made their big day unforgettable. It’s a privilege to be part of these special moments and to create pieces that reflect our client’s unique styles.

Can you share your favorite suit trend or design idea that you're currently excited about?

We are excited about bold liners and personalized monograms! These touches allow clients to express their individuality in fun and meaningful ways. Whether it’s a pop of colour, a favorite quote, or a custom pattern inside the suit, these details add a personal flair that makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
