We absolutely love working with Kylee and her team over at Planned Perfectly. Not only do they have extremely trendy & modern linens, dishes, cutlery and glassware, they have specialty rentals and the experience to pull it all together!

- Who you are, what do you do and who do you serve?

Planned Perfectly is one of Winnipeg's leading rental companies, providing rentals for large galas, weddings and everything in between.


- How and when did you get started in the industry?

Planned Perfectly was started in 2006 by Kylee Houlahan, we have grown and evolved over the years to offer more services and larger inventory since then.


- Where are you based and where do you meet with clients?

We are based out of a warehouse at Unit 16-199 Omands Creek Blvd. We have a showroom here as well to meet with our clients and mock-up tables with all of our rental options.



- What services do you offer?

Planned Perfectly offers rentals for weddings, large events and everything in between. We have a large inventory that consists of specialty chairs, table linens, napkins, chair covers, draping, centrepieces, tableware and more.


- What is the biggest trend you have seen since being in the industry?

I love how far our province and city has come when it comes to staying trendy. This year is my 15th year and I have tried to stay up to date with trends by going to trade shows and courses. The biggest trend in the 15 years that Planned Perfectly has been doing business is Gold. Silver was in when I first started and then gold came back and has not left.


- Which venue do you work in the most frequently?

We provide rentals all over Winnipeg and surrounding areas, but we do work often at The Fort Garry Hotel, Breezy Bend Country Club, Winnipeg Art Gallery and The Gates on Roblin.



-How far in advance do your clients typically book you?

Clients typically book with us up to a year to six months before, but our availability depends on the items you are interested in so it is not uncommon for us to book closer to events as we do have a large variety of rental items.


- Can you give us one of your industry tips that brides or grooms don't often know?

While we love the creativity and visions we are so lucky to bring to life, it is our relationships we value most. From customers and vendors alike, we truly believe it is because of you we are able to thrive and continually grow in our city. We value customer service and connection, a continual quality that cannot be disputed, and making our clients undeniably happy.


- How you do stand out?

Planned Perfectly believes in customer service. We love our clients and do our very best to make every detail perfect.
